Your Planner.
Your Horse.
The Western Way.
Bring western riding into the training plan you already use. Develop your western foundations, work towards neck reining and the lope, and add purposeful schooling patterns to your sessions.
A western companion to The Clear Rein System and your existing 12-month Planner.
The Clear Rein Western Track is designed to work alongside the Clear Rein System and the 12-month Planner you already have. It adds a western pathway to your training rather than asking you to abandon the structure you know.
The Western Planner Swap connects the western lessons and patterns to your existing plan, helping you find the relevant resource for each session.
Western training, with a plan behind it.

The Western Planner Swap shows how the new resources fit into your existing 12-month training plan.
Make each session purposeful
Use clear objectives and defined routes to give your schooling sessions direction and structure.
Four resources.
One connected system.
The Western Track brings together two training modules, a collection of schooling patterns and a guide to using them with your existing Planner.
The Western Planner Swap
A three-page guide showing which western lesson replaces the corresponding lesson in your existing Planner. Use it to locate the right lesson or pattern for your planned session.

Training with care comes first.
Use a correctly fitted riding helmet, suitable boots and properly fitted tack. Check footing and equipment before riding, and keep every session within the preparation of horse and rider. Stop if conditions become unsafe, steering or stopping becomes unreliable, or you suspect pain. These resources are educational and cannot assess your individual horse, equipment or riding.
